MOVING FORWARD AS ONE PARISH COMMUNITY
Our three year parish plan
Saint Anastasia Parish recognizes that each member of our parish community desires to deepen their relationship with God and with one another. This is the most essential purpose for our parish. Our parish Mission Statement speaks to this purpose "...we are commmitted to growing in a deeper relationsip with God and with one another..."
As a community of faith, we want to support each other in our individual spiritual growth and to help with that, to grow in engagement with the parish.
A parish committee, along with the Pastoral Council has developed a plan using the DMI (Disciple Maker Index) survey results. The purpose of the survey was to help each person who participated in the survey to reflect on the parish and the kinds of things that could be helpful for them and the parish to grow not only as a community but as disciples of Christ.
Many of you took the survey in which you identified what you thought were our strengths and challenges as a parish. From your input the committee develeoped a simple three-year plan.
Hopefully, the plan will help us move forward as one parish community.
